Shepard's Pie

Easy Shepard’s Pie

1 lb ground beef

2 cups hot mashed potatoes (I use instant)

4 oz. cream cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups frozen mixed veggies, thawed

1 cup beef gravy

Preheat oven to 375. Brown meat in skillet, drain.

Mix potatoes, cream cheese, ½ cup cheese and garlic till blended.

Stir veggies and gravy into meat.

Spoon veggies into 9 inch square baking dish

Cover with potato mixture

Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup shredded cheese.

Bake uncovered for 20 min or until heated thru.

When using instant potatoes omit milk, the cream cheese will make them fluffy.
