Puffed Pancake with Sausage

1 (8 oz) package of brown&serve sausage links
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt


1. Grease bottom and sides of a 9x9 baking dish.
2. Slice sausage into small pieces and brown in a large skiller.
3. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, and oil.
4. Stir in flour and salt.
5. Beat until smooth and then pour batter into greased baking dish.
6. Sprinkle sausage pieces into batter.
7. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until puffed and golden brown.

**Serve with syrup and homefires**
