Apricot Chicken

1 small jar apricot preserves
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 (8oz) bottle of French/Catalina salad dressing
boneless skinless chicken breasts

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Mix ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. Cover dish with foil and bake for about 45 minutes.

(I imagine it would work well in the crockpot, too, but I haven't tried it)
