4 pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
1 small onion- rough chop
1 clove of garlic
1 c. BBQ sauce (use your favorite)
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Cook the top four ingredients in your crockpot on LOW for 5-6 hours. Mix the water and cornstarch and then add at the end to help thicken the sauce.... SOOOO EASY!
