Creamy Chicken Alfredo

¼ cup all-purpose flour
6 boneless chicken breasts
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp plus 1 tsp olive oil divided
3 cloves garlic
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place flour and salt in dish and coat chicken. Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken, cook, turning once, until golden. (2-4 minutes per side). Place chicken in 13x9 pan.

Heat remaining oil in skillet – add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes Increase heat to med-high and add whipping cream, Parm cheese, and pepper. Cook until sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened (2-3) minutes. Spoon over chicken.

Cook for 12-15 minutes.
