½ c. all-purpose flour
½ c. unsweetened cocoa
¼ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
6 Tbsp.butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350
Grease 8” by 8” metal baking pan
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in separate bowl
Melt butter, stir in sugar, then eggs (1 at a time), and vanilla until well blended
Stir in flour mixture
Spread batter in prepared pan
Sprinkle with chocolate chips
Bake 18 to 20 minutes
Makes 16 squares
Each Brownie 120 calories 6 g total fat
