2 teaspoons dried thyme
4 large eggs
1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet.
- Using a food processor, finely grind the pretzels. Then transfer to a shallow bowl and add the thyme.
- In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs. Coat the chicken with the pretzel crumbs, then the egg, then the pretzel crumbs again. Place on cookie sheet.
- Cook about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Ooh I have never tried crushed pretzels...will have to try that now. Thanks!
