1 Small Green Pepper, chopped
1 1/4 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 tsp. Chicken Flavor Instant Bouillon
1 c. Liquid from the Pineapple (add water if you don't have enough)
1/2 c. Ketchup
1/2 c. Vinegar
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 lb. Frozen Meatballs
- In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, bouillon.
- Add pineapple liquid, ketchup, vinegar, and garlic.
- Cook & stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
- Add tidbits and green pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Add meatballs to crockpot and pour sauce over top (appetizer) or add meatballs to saucepan and heat through if serving right away.
**Good as an appetizer or a dinner, served over rice**
